William Franklin Albright

William (Bill) Franklin Albright, Jr., age 64, of Des Moines, Iowa, passed away on April 12, 2026.

Bill was born on February 11, 1962, in Des Moines, Iowa. He was a proud graduate of Lincoln High School and spent many years working in lawn care and snow removal. He found joy in the garage, spending countless hours working on cars.

He married Mary Jane (Monroe) Albright on October 29, 1999. Together they built a life centered around family, love, and shared memories.

Bill had a passion for hockey, baseball, motorcycles, cars, and racing. He especially cherished watching his children play sports, finding great joy in supporting them from the sidelines.

He is survived by his wife, Mary Jane Albright; his children, Sean Albright and Marissa Albright; and his sisters, Emi Albright (Harvey Felder) and Mari Rasmussen.

He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Takeko Albright.

Bill will be remembered for his sense of humor even in serious moments, his love of family, and the pride he took in the lives of his children. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

In accordance with his wishes, no services will be held. The family appreciates your thoughts and prayers.
