Edward Wayne Nelson, age 76, passed away on October 28, 2026, at the Madrid Home in Madrid, Iowa.
Born in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, on March 4, 1950, Edward was the son of Fred and Katherine Nelson. He graduated from Springville High School and dedicated 30 years of his career as a construction superintendent with The Hansen Company.
A resident of Ankeny, Iowa, Edward was united in marriage to Nancy Roxann Nelson, with whom he shared a loving life, whom he is survived.
