Wade Meldrem

Wade Meldrem, 63, of Grinnell, died Saturday, April 29, 2023, at the Unity Point Health - Iowa Methodist Medical Center - Des Moines.

A Celebration of Life gathering will be held from 12:00 Noon - 3:00 PM on Saturday, May 6, 2023 at the Eagles Club, 616 4th Avenue, Grinnell.

Wade's great joy came from good music and friends.  He enjoyed playing pool and spent many years in a local pool league.  Wade was the youngest of four and in his parents' late life, he became their caretaker.  Wade enjoyed Jeopardy!, even if he would watch the episode at 10 on Channel 9, then bet people at the bar during the 3 o'clock episode.

Memorials may be designated to PALS (Poweshiek Animal League Shelter).
