Vinh Van Deo, age 54, of Des Moines, Iowa, passed away on June 19, 2026. He was born in the province of Dalat, Vietnam on September 8, 1971 to Tha Van Deo and Chuong Kim Dieu. He is survived by his daughter, Jennifer, and several other family members. He was preceded in death by his father.
