Tammy Lyn Rhoades

Tammy Lyn Rhoades, 56, of Des Moines, Iowa, passed away on April 11th, 2025 at Fleur Heights in Des Moines.

Tammy was born on May 14th, 1968, the daughter of James and Sharon (Laducer) Vandeboe, in Des Moines, Iowa. She was raised and lived in the Des Moines area all her life. She was united in marriage to Robert Allen Rhoades in Des Moines on June 14th, 2014. Tammy was known as a caring individual and this showed with her career as a housekeeper. She was an artistic soul and this showed with her ability to draw. She had a fierce love for her family and her beloved dog. She will be missed by all.

Preceding her in death was her parents and a brother: Brian Vandeboe

Left to cherish her memory is her husband: Robert Rhoades; children: Shane and Amber; 7 grandchildren; sister: Michelle; as well as many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.

No services are planned at this time and cremation has taken place.
