Randall Perkins

April 23, 1960 — August 6, 2024

Randall (Randy) Gene Perkins Sr., son of Robert and Barbara Richt, was born on April 23rd, 1960 in Clarinda, Iowa.

Randy dedicated over 30 years of his life as a hardworking tile setter. He was very proud of his work and enjoyed sharing his passion through teaching others the skill. When he wasn't working, he spent a lot of his time fishing, hunting, listening to music, going to concerts, rooting for the Nebraska Cornhuskers, driving around with his dog MooMoo, or spending time with family and friends. Randy loved to share how very proud he was of his children and family.

Randy had a loud personality that filled up the whole room. He was silly and sarcastic, always trying to make people smile and laugh. He was also very down to earth and caring- and he never failed to make a positive impact on people's lives. You could always count on Randy to lend a helping hand and be with you when times were tough. He was a beloved father, grandfather, son, brother, uncle, friend and will be greatly missed.

Randy, aged 64, passed away on August 6th, 2024 surrounded by loved ones. He was preceded in death by his father Robert Richt and brother Doug Richt.

Those left to honor Randy's memory include his mother; Barbara Richt; his son, Randall Perkins Jr; daughter, Asrial Perkins; son, Damian Perkins; many siblings, Linda (Bobby) Greene, Bobbie Richt, Lori Richt, Teresa (Joe) Janikic, Danny Pierce, Robert (Deb) Richt Jr, Gary Richt, Ben (Dulsey) Perkins, Melaney (Brian) Reeg, Sheila Perkins, Rebecca (Brett) Manak, 7 beautiful grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews who all loved him dearly.
