Pamela Anderson

Pamela K. Anderson (Elsberry) passed away peacefully in her home in Rippey, Iowa on February 18th, 2025 at the age of 69. Pam was born on August 3,1955 in Boone, Iowa to Donald and Luana (Weber) Elsberry.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Stepfather Ronald Thoma, Aunt Carol Mull, and numerous other Aunts and Uncles.

She is survived by her lifetime partner of 30 years, Harold "Mac" McElheney IV of Rippey, Iowa, daughter Megan (Trevor) McElheney of Des Moines, Iowa, and her siblings; Donald (Laura) Elsberry Jr, Ronald (Brenda) Thoma Jr, Nancy (Larry) Schaffner, Angela (Steve) McNeill, Peggy (Eric) Heistand, and Amy (Dwight) Hanus, as well as many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

During childhood, Pam was May Queen. She graduated from Fort Dodge High School and worked as a Candy Striper. Later she became a Certified Nurses Aid and assisted many people throughout the years. She was quite an entrepreneur and worked selling Tupperware, Avon, Creative Memories, and various other endeavors.  She was very active in crafting, reading, making and collecting dolls.

To honor her wishes, there will be no services or celebration of life.
