Nicholas Kline

Nicholas Duane Kline, aged 45, passed away on June 27, 2025, in State Center. He was born

February 29, 1980, in Des Moines, Iowa, the son of Duane Flack and Jane Kline.

Nick had a great passion for art and was constantly drawing. He enjoyed listening to music and

he watched a lot of Star Trek. He enjoyed being outdoors fishing or riding his bike with family.

There are many nights you could find him up late visiting with friends and playing card games.

His sarcastic sense of humor and ability to put anyone at ease will be greatly missed.

Nick is survived by his brothers Robert (Amanda) Flack, and Kristian Kline; his two sisters

Michelle (Robert) Vrba and Danielle (Josh) Borntreger; many nieces and nephews, aunts,

uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his father, Duane Flack; his mother Jane

Kline; his grandparents Gearld and Betrice Flack, and William and Marcena Kline.

The family will have an Inurnment at a later date. Memorials may be directed to the family at

their home.
