Nancy Jane Bolter

Nancy Jane Bolter, née Allen, of Des Moines, Iowa, passed away peacefully on July 7, 2026, at the age of 69.

Nancy was born on October 20, 1956. She was a devoted mother, grandmother, sister, and friend whose greatest joy in life was her family. She had a gift for conversation and loved talking with her son, grandchildren, and just about anyone willing to share a moment with her. She never forgot an important family date or milestone, holding every special memory close to her heart.

Nancy had a love for Elvis Presley, Betty Boop, and collecting butterfly keepsakes. She was sentimental, caring, and always happiest when surrounded by the people she loved.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Clyde Angerer, in 2025.

She is survived by her beloved son, Christopher Bolter, and his wife, Jennifer Bolter; her cherished grandchildren, Jake and Jacque; her stepson, Andy Angerer; her brother, Jimmy Allen, and his wife, Cathy; and her niece and nephew, Nathan Allen and Lana Allen. She also leaves behind many extended family members and friends who will miss her dearly.

Nancy's love, laughter, and the countless conversations she shared with those around her will never be forgotten. Her family will forever cherish the memories she created and the unconditional love she gave so freely. Though she is no longer with us, her spirit will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
