It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved Lindsey Mae Diestlmeier, who tragically left us on March 19, 2025, after a long illness at the age of 29. Lindsey was born on January 23, 1996, in Freeport, IL, and was a bright light in the lives of everyone who knew her.

Lindsey was a kind-hearted, loving, and joyful individual whose energy and warmth touched the lives of so many. She had a passion for singing, jewelry making, painting, and her generosity, sense of humor, and beautiful spirit will be missed beyond words.

She was the daughter of Amee Charneski and Rodney Diestelmeier and will be deeply missed by her beloved dog, Skeeter, parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, her many friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Her memory will live on in the hearts of those who loved her.

She was preceded in death by her beloved dog Woodie, grandfather, Rick Charneski, cousin Noah Smith, uncle Robert Robertson, Sr, and great-grandparents.

A memorial service to celebrate Lindsey's life will be held on March 30, 2025, at 1:00 pm at the Bowling Alley in Fulton, IL. All who knew her are invited to join us in remembering and honoring her.
