Juanita Elaine Reinier

Juanita Elaine Reinier, age 68, of Des Moines, Iowa, passed away peacefully on October 20, 2025. She was born in Des Moines on September 25, 1957, the daughter of Eugene and Margaret Wright.

Juanita was raised in the Des Moines. She was united in marriage to Harlo Reinier in 1973, in Missouri. She worked for many years as a skilled and caring Certified Nursing Assistant and especially enjoyed her time with Immanuel Pathways in Des Moines.

Known for her generous heart and nurturing spirit, Juanita was "Mom" to many - not only to her own children but also to all of their friends. She never met a stranger and was always ready to lend a helping hand. She loved spending time outdoors camping and fishing with her family, often making annual trips to Red Rock, a favorite spot filled with cherished memories.

Above all, Juanita's greatest joy was her family. She loved her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren deeply and unconditionally.

She is survived by her children: Sandra (Jack Clark) Riggan, Robbie (Sheila Smith) Reinier, Jammi (Heather Hendrickson) Reinier, and Corey (Shawna) Reinier; extended children: Dave Carney, Jesse Harvey, and Robert Fees; sister: Sharon (Gene) Howe; as well as many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.

Cremation has taken place and no services are planned at this time.
