John Bradley Toole

John Bradley Toole, 39, of Des Moines, IA passed away Friday, October 27, 2023 in Altoona, IA. Graveside Service will be 1:00 p.m., Friday, November 17, 2023 at Highland Memorial Gardens in Des Moines. In lieu of flowers donation may be made out to Stephanie Gilbert.

Brad was born on July 13, 1984 to Sharon Toole in Des Moines. He graduated from Southeast Polk High School in 2002. Brad worked for Dykstra Construction as a framer. You could always find Brad cooking, buying his girlfriend flowers and spending time with his family and friends. Brad will be deeply missed by many.

Brad is survived by his girlfriend Katie Stroud, one bonus child, Kaden Bickford, one sister Stephanie Gilbert, two nieces: Jesse and Jinna Nation, one bonus dad, Clyde Stroud, one aunt, Ruby Andrews, two cousins: Bethany and James Andrews. He is preceded in death by his mother, Sharon Toole and his bonus dad, Joe Turner.
