John Carl Rock

John C Rock, 46, of Ottumwa Ia passed away December 25, 2024. As John's wishes cremation has taken place. A private celebration of life in honor of John will take place.

John was born February 2nd, 1978, in Rockford Illinois. John attend Cardinal and Pekin High School. John worked for JBS and Walmart Warehouse.

While we lost our most beloved dad, many have lost a friend and loved one in him. He has been a rock to many, a master at sarcastic humor and witty timing to others, and even a glorious pain in the neck, to what I'm sure is a small select few (because no matter what happened between you in your lives, once you were marked as important to him, he'd be by your side if you needed him). There was so much more to him than just dad, though to us that was his greatest roll he was also a great friend to many.

He had deep love for fishing, going to the casino, watching nascar and his Denver Broncos win a good game. He loved spending time and making memories with his family and friends.

John is survived by his children Aiden Rock, Isaac Rock, Kasandra Hughes, Michael Owings, Haley Ludwig, Connie Counts, Tyler Rambo, Seffrey Waters, his grandchildren and many extended family and friends.
