He leaves behind a legacy defined by deep devotion to his family, a generous heart, and a spirit that was always ready to help a friend in need.
Born on October 17, 1969, Jay lived a life fueled by simple joys and big passions. He was truly at his best when sharing stories and jokes, whether he was trying his luck at the casino, cheering on his favorite football team Washington Redskins, or running the table during a game of pool. He was an avid moviegoer and loved nothing more than embarking on new adventures with his wife.
