James William Walker

James William Walker, 70, of Santa Teresa, NM, died Tuesday, October 11, 2022, at the MercyOne Medical Center in Des Moines.

There will be no formal services for James.

James was born October 19, 1951, in Perry, IA, the son of Red and LaVonne Walker.

He served in the United States Marine Corp.

James enjoyed the outdoors, cooking and being Grandpa Jim.

He is survived by his two sons, Omar Molina and James Walker II; his grandchildren, Omar Molina Jr., Andrew Molina, Anthony Molina, Austin McPherson, Noah Walker, Alexus Walker, Sonny Molina, Violet Molina and Yaretzi Molina; his siblings, Claudia Celestino, Paula Davis, Vicki Sullivan and Sandy Braaksma.

James is preceded in death by his wife; his parents; two siblings, Gary Smith and Lisa McClish.
