Frank J Young

Frank J Young, 69, passed away at home on August 14, 2024. Cremation rites have been accorded.

Frank was born September 24, 1954 in Des Moines, Iowa the son of James and Evelyn Young. He graduated from Urbandale High School. Frank served in the Army. He married Janet on September 6, 1980. Frank was a volunteer fire fighter for 17 years and a Little League baseball coach to his sons, Jamison and Jordan. He enjoyed attending his granddaughter's dancing and grandson's soccer games. Frank liked Harley Davidson motorcycles, shooting pool, making jokes and hosting barbeques for this family and friends. Frank loved his dogs, currently his special Molly and traveling with family.

Frank is survived by his wife, Janet; sons, Jamison and Jordan; grandchildren, Alexis Young, Joseph Sereg and Francis Sereg; and brothers, Steve and Ronald. He was preceded in death by his parents.
