Frances was born on July 23, 1935, in Des Moines, to Nolan Caswell and Emma Elizabeth Birdy Roland.
She spent many years as a Bowling Instructor and held the title as top female bowler in Iowa.
Frances is survived by her daughters, Terry Dobbins and Janice Schwartz; and many other relatives and friends.
