Evelyn Podlesnik

Evelyn Podlesnik (née Kloman), age 80, passed away peacefully on December 16, 2024. Born on May 23, 1944, Evelyn was a devoted wife, loving mother, and cherished grandmother who brought warmth, creativity, and joy to all who knew her.

Evelyn was the beloved wife of Glenn Podlesnik Sr., with whom she shared a lifetime of love and partnership. Together, they raised three children who were the pride of her life: Dennis Podlesnik, Glenn Podlesnik Jr. (Cheryl Podlesnik), and Jennifer Riley (Thomas Riley Jr.). Her greatest joy came from being a grandmother to her seven beloved grandchildren: Alexander, Taylor, and Payton Podlesnik (children of Dennis); Logan and Caiden Podlesnik (children of Glenn Jr. and Cheryl); and Thomas III and Lucas Riley (children of Jennifer and Thomas Jr.). She is survived by her sister Sandy (Jack) Rochon.

Evelyn had a deep appreciation for life's simple pleasures. A lifelong fan of Elvis Presley, she adored his music and could often be found singing along to her favorite songs. She also had a talent for sewing, creating beautiful pieces with care and creativity, and she found peace and joy in coloring, bringing vibrant designs to life. Evelyn's hobbies reflected her vibrant personality and her love for creativity and beauty.

Evelyn will be remembered for her kindness, her love of family, and the joy she brought to those around her. Her legacy of love and her creative spirit will live on in the hearts of her family and friends.

She will be deeply missed and forever cherished.

To honor Evelyn's wishes there will be no public service. A private burial will take place with immediately family .
