Edna Haines

Edna loved to cook! She obtained a degree in Culinary Arts and worked as a chef in multiple companies over the years. In her retirement years she kept cooking and because she couldn't eat it all herself, she often fed family and friends her delicious meals and desserts.

Edna was known for her strong will, unwavering determination, passion for helping the underdog, and love and support for her family and community. In her retirement, she loved helping her fellow residents of Good Life Retirement Community by creating and maintaining

the community phone list, planning events such as potlucks and birthday parties, and planting and nurturing a garden of flowers with her closest friend, Francois Halverson for all to enjoy.
