Duane Robert Flack

Duane Robert Flack, aged 76, passed away on November 14th , 2024 in State Center, Iowa under the care of St. Croix Hospice. He was born April 1, 1948 in Iowa, the son of Gerald and Betrice Irene (Fiddick) Flack.

Duane was an automotive mechanic who loved rebuilding cars, especially Corvettes. He retired from automotive work in the early 2000s, but you could still find him tinkering in the garage. His sense of humor and ability to put anyone at ease will be greatly missed.

Duane is survived by his mother, Betrice Irene Flack; his three sons Robert (Amanda) Flack, Nicholas Kline, and Kristian Kline; his two daughters Michelle (Robert) Vrba and Danielle (Josh) Borntreger; his two brothers Dale (DeOnn) Flack and Dennis Flack; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren, nieces and nephew. He was preceded in death by his father, Gearld Flack and his significant other Jane Kline.
