Cheri Chisholm

Cheri Leigh Chisholm (68) Passed away on April 17, 2025 surrounded by her loving family. A celebration of life will be held at 2:00 pm Saturday, May 10th at Fort Des Moines Park.

Cheri loved to be surrounded by her family, especially all of her grandkids and great grandchildren. She loved any reason to be creative and make crafts.

She is survived by her brother, Rick, sister-in-law, Geri, and her five daughters; Angie (Chuck) Jones, Christina (Troy) Hazelbaker, Jenny Jenkins, Malina and Tori Segura, Mathew (Heather) Diehl. Grandchildren; Savannah (Austin) Staley, Jacob (Lexi) Jones, Chris (Ashlee) Hazelbaker, Evelyn (Dwight) Jones, Jaydan Hazelbaker, Kylo Henn, and Violet Oscarson.

Great grandchildren; Lita and London Staley, Toby Roff, Maverick and Remi Jones, Oakley and Bodhi Hazelbaker, Eternity and Oakland Alexander, D3 and Aza'Riah Brown, Za'Rina Jones, Travis, Tavis, and Kelsey Diehl. She is preceded in death by her mother Carol Fatino, husband Don Chisholm, and brother Rusty Lainson.

A special thank you to Brandon (Jessie) Granillo and Laurie Wilson for your unconditional love and support.

She was surrounded by love until the very end.
