Charles Pagano, born on July 15, 1949, passed away on September 5, 2025. Charles was a beloved husband, father, and friend who cherished his family deeply. He leaves behind his loving wife, Anita Nuzum, with whom he shared a beautiful marriage since September 4, 1971. Together, they raised three children: Rhett, along with his sons Vincent and Alexander; Mario, his wife Anna, and their daughters Haylie and Amelia; Angela, her husband Kirk, and their children Kahl and Adalynn. He is also survived by his brother, Michael Pagano.
Charles was predeceased by his parents, Leo Pagano and Wanda Coppi, as well as his brothers Richard Carzoli and Leonard Pagano, and his Aunt Mary. He was raised on the east side and attended St. Joseph's, eventually graduating from North High. Charles spent much of his career working in various family businesses, including a the Grocery store, Chuck's Pizza, American Siding, and Aqua Care.
Known for his love of family, Charles was a top-notch cribbage player and enjoyed singing karaoke to the tunes of Frank Sinatra and Elvis Presley. He was a die-hard Dallas Cowboys fan and created lasting memories with his family during their Sunday Spaghetti gatherings.
A celebration of Charles' life will be held at a later date to honor the wonderful impact he had on those around him.
