Carl Franklin Jones

Carl loved to go fishing and enjoyed visiting with his neighbors and riding around downtown in his mobility chair checking on the flow of the river and the various parks. He lived a relatively quiet life, and though he'd lost touch with many friends and family he was happy. Carl was a spiritual man, attended church when he was able and liked to read a passage from the Bible each day.
