Carey Lee Olson

Carey Lee Olson, 60, passed away October 28, 2024 at Iowa Methodist Hospital in Des Moines. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. November 18, 2024 at Iowa Veterans Cemetery.

Carey was born June 29, 1964 in Cedar Rapids, Iowa the son of Mitchell and Barbara Olson. He graduated from Prairie High School. Carey was a laborer for D&D Homes.

Carey was preceded in death by his parents, Barbara and Mitchell Olson from Ely Iowa. Carey is survived by brothers, Carl Olson and Laura from Swisher, Iowa, Mike Olson and Becky from Louisburg, Kansas and Mark Olson and Dee from Solon, Iowa. Carey's three living children: Charles Olson, Katherine Olson and Brody Olson.
