His greatest joy was spending time with his family and loved ones. Bobby cherished every opportunity to be with those he cared about, creating memories that will be treasured forever. He had a generous heart and was always willing to lend a helping hand to anyone in need. Whether helping a friend, family member, or neighbor, Bobby found fulfillment in serving others. He also enjoyed gardening, taking pride in nurturing plants and spending time outdoors. An avid fisherman, Bobby found peace and happiness on the water with a fishing pole in hand.

Bobby is survived by his fiancé, Georgina Francisca Sanchez; his children, Tristen Parsons, Dylan Parsons, Oliver Parsons, and Joseph Parsons and Arianna Riggs and Rebecca Riggs; his mother, Barbara (Gerald) Garner; his siblings, Bryan Parsons, Colt Parsons, Destiney Garner, Joshua Garner, and Joseph Garner and Leo Sanchez, Jr., Luis Acosta, Jr.; and maternal grandmother, Barbara Gordon and Papa Rick; father-in-law, Luis Acosta, Sr. and lots of nieces, nephews and many extended family members and friends.

He was preceded in death by his father, Bobby Milton Parsons Jr.; his sisters, Terri Garner and Barbara Ramirez; his brother, Dalton Day and his paternal grandparents, Shirley and Milton Parsons and maternal grandfather, Darryl Gordon.

Bobby will be remembered for his hardworking spirit, his generous heart, his willingness to help others, and the deep love he had for his family. His kindness, compassion, and quiet acts of service will be missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
