Beth Irene Kaiser

July 26, 1957 — April 22, 2026

Beth Irene Kaiser, 68, was born to Ruth (Clark) and Russell Newton on July 26, 1957 at Iowa Falls, Iowa. She attended Iowa Falls High School and later Open Bible College in Des Moines, Iowa, where she met Dick, who would become her future husband. They were married at the Open Bible Church in Iowa Falls on August 13, 1977. Together they served as Youth Pastors at Glad Tidings Assembly of God Church in Des Moines. They pastored churches in Afton, Iowa, Dexter, Iowa, and served as Interim Pastors in several churches throughout Iowa.

Beth loved the Lord. She loved to sing and worship the Lord, as well as pray. She was very instrumental in the music and worship ministries at the churches they served in. She also enjoyed doing artwork, cooking and collecting cookbooks and recipes.

Beth is survived by her husband, Dick; sons, Joshua (Beth) Kaiser of Van Meter, Iowa, and Jonathan (Alisha) Kaiser of Claremore, Oklahoma; grandchildren, Jadea, Caspian and Haley; and friends, Eva Newton of Waukee, Iowa and Deb Buford of Des Moines, Iowa.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Ruth and Russell; and niece, Kimberly Newton.

Burial will be held at a later date with family.
