Ashley Ann Conner

Ashley Ann Conner was born in Des Moines, on July 7, 1983, the daughter of Rocky and Cheryl (Butler) Dunagan. She grew up in the Highland Park neighborhood and graduated from North High School. After high school she went onto Radiology Technician School at Iowa Methodist Medical Center. After graduating she moved to Knoxville and worked at the hospital in Radiology. After about 6 months she returned back to Des Moines and started working at RAMIC MRI. In 2007, she married Michael Conner Jr. In 2011, Marston Michael Conner was born. Ashley loved doing craft projects, going to garage sales and the casino. She always enjoyed drawing and taking photos.

Ashley died January 22, 2023 at Iowa Methodist Medical Center. She was only 39 years old.

She is survived by her son, Marston; mother, Cheryl; brother, John; uncle Morrie, and her little dog, Miss Pretty.

Ashley was proceeded in death by her father, Rocky and her younger brother, Jake.

Celebration of life for Ashley will be held at 3:00 PM on Saturday, February 25, 2023, at New Hope United Methodist Church (4525 Beaver Ave, Des Moines, IA 50310) Memorial contributions made be made to the family for Marston and can be sent to3115 E 7th St., Des Moines IA, 50316
